- Open the complementary add-ons in Firefox
- Click on “Extensions”
- Type “eid” in the look-up field "Search all add-ons".
- Click on the magnifying glass
- Click on "Install"
- Click on "Restart now"
- Open the complementary add-ons
- Click on “Extensions”
- Check that the eID Belgium add-on is activated (see the button “Disable” in the right corner)
- If it is not the case, enable it
