What should I do now?
You have an eID card issued by Belgium and your company is registered with the CBE
You need to log in with eID, itsme or a digital key with security code and username + password and request the roles from your company's access manager.

You do not have an eID card issued by Belgium but you can authenticate yourself via eIDAS and your company is registered with the CBE
