Procedure to observe for « déposer un contrat avec ou sans état des lieux »


  1. In the right menu click on « Vers l’application ».
  2. Sign in via your identity card or via a Class 3 certificate.
  3. Read the instructions and click on « Continuer ».
  4. In "Contrat de location", choose: « Déposer votre contrat »
  5. Enter the required data.
  6. Check the validity of encoded data.
  7. Click on « SAUVEGARDER ».
  8. Enter your number of bar code.
  9. Choose:
    • « ENVOYER »
    • Choose « Contrat avec un état des lieux» or « Contrat sans état des lieux »
  10. Enter the required data.
  11. Click on « Parcourir » in order to load your lease agreement or your lease agreement and the inventory in the PDF format
  12. Click on « ENVOYER ».
  13. Click on « TÉLÉCHARGER ACCUSÉ mws_div_langue mws_DE RÉCEPTION ».

Procedure to observe to « déposer un état des lieux seul »

  1. In the right menu click on « Vers l’application ».
  2. Sign in via your identity card or via a Class 3 certificate.
  3. Read the instructions and click on « Continuer ».
  4. In "Contrat de location", choose: « Déposer un état des lieux seul »
  5. Enter the required data.
  6. Click on « Parcourir » in order to load only your inventory in the PDF format
  7. Click on « ENVOYER ».
  8. Click on « TÉLÉCHARGER ACCUSÉ mws_div_langue mws_DE RÉCEPTION ».

New: You can now see the status of your document via the tab « Mon dossier »


Error during the execution

When the information as regards the rented property are encoded, you must be careful as regards some constraints for encoding:

  • The field "numéro d'appartement" is restricted to 4 characters. If you encode more than 4 characters, it will cause an error when the data are saved.
  • As for the instructions as regards the address of the property, the number of authorised characters for the fields « numéro », « boîte », ...is also restricted to 5 characters, including special characters (for instance «  / » or « - »).

If you have to encode a longer number (for instance 101-103) mention 101 in the field “numéro” and give the complete data in the field “remarque”.
